Match up pieces labeled A and B and tape together. Trace pieces onto felt and cut. Cut cashmere sticky felt into a 4.5x12-inch rectangle. Wrap around bottle and trim to fit. Tip: Cut small notches into top edge to help fit around curved areas. Cut a strip of green felt and stick below tan felt to create a smooth body.

Wrap a 2.5-inch piece of ribbon around the seam of the two pieces of felt, tucking raw edges under. Place overalls, straps and pocket on bottle. Trim straps to meet edge of overalls. Glue buttons onto front of straps.

Cut a hole in top of straw hat that is big enough to fit through neck of wine bottle. Glue pieces of raffia to inside of hat, cut to desired length. Slide hat onto bottle so it reaches the top of the head. Wrap thin rope around entire neck of bottle starting at the hat to secure it in place. Style hair as desired. Tie a bow with the ribbon and glue onto hat. Glue eyes and mouth onto face.
