Dress It Up Hope Love & Tutus Nicole Crafts Tulle & Morex Ribbon in Desired Color(s) Embellishments of Your Choice Such as Felt Shapes Buttons Rhinestones etc., Nicole Crafts Dual Temperature Trigger Glue Gun & Surebonder All Purpose Glue Sticks or Beacon FABRIC-TAC Permanent Adhesive

1Decide on the length of your tutu skirt. Cut the tulle pieces two times the length of your skirt.
2Fold the tulle in half lengthwise. Feed the folded end through a hole on the waistband until you have created a loop. Thread the loose ends of the tulle through the loop and pull tight.
3Repeat steps 1 and 2 to fill out the skirt. Alternate holes and rows to create a fuller looking skirt.
4Use a hot glue gun or fabric glue to attach the embellishments (and any other embellishments you are adding) that came with the tutu to the tulle and waistband.
