3 Materials Needed:

Wood Burning Tool, Wooden Eggs, Transfer Paper

About this Project

Create a nest full of DIY Easter eggs anyone "wood" love. Use a burner to transfer an image or create a personalized pattern for evergreen eggs you can use year after year.

Create your own, snap a picture, and share using #ACMooreInspired.

  • 1
Heat up your wood burner for at least five minutes and apply the rounded flow tip. This will create a smooth curved line.
  • 2
Draw an image onto the egg using a pencil or place an image onto the egg using transfer paper. Keep the pattern simple in nature since the surface is small.
  • 3
Apply the wood burner over your design. Move over the design quickly, not staying in one spot for too long. You can always go back to darken your design.
