Acrylic Paint (Red, Green, Yellow, Brown), Fabric, Craft Felt (Green), Matte Mod Podge, Paint Brushes, Needle and Embroidery Floss, Scissors, Hot glue gun & glue

Fall isn't just about pumpkins, and it's time we give apples their due! Use fabric, felt, and paint to transform a plain wood block into a beautiful seasonal treat!

    Paint the body of the wood block apples with acrylic paint of your choice. Paint the stems brown. Let dry.

    Cut coordinating fabric into rectangles that are smaller than each side of the apple. (approx. ¼” smaller all the way around)

    Use Mod Podge to adhere fabric to the wooden apples.
  • 4
    Cut leaf shapes from green craft felt. Stitch details onto leaves with embroidery floss using back stitches, straight stitches and a blanket stitch.

    Hot glue leaves to top of apples.
