Download and print template. Cut shapes from template and trace onto foam sheets. Trace the cape shape twice.

2Cut out shapes from foam sheet. Remove sticky back from two capes and stick them together. If necessary, trim sides so that no adhesive is sticking out.

3Remove backing from emblem and super teacher logo and stick onto cape.

4Remove 1/4-inch of the sticky back on both ends from the card holder front shape and place onto opposite side of cape. To secure, place a drop of tacky glue on either end.
