1Remove glass from frame and discard. Iron fabric and glue to frame backing. Trim excess fabric.
2Spray paint frame outdoors. Let dry. Apply second coat if necessary. Insert fabric-covered back into frame and secure in place.
3Cut a 30-inch piece of burlap ribbon. Fold in half and tie a knot 2-inches down from fold to form a loop for the hanger. Attach to back of frame at each corner. Trim excess ribbon.
4Cut stems of flowers, greens and filler. Arrange flower grouping into L-shape on left side of frame. Secure in place with hot glue. Cut two 12-inch streamers of burlap ribbon and glue to top and right side of the frame. Cut an 18-inch piece of burlap ribbon and tie a bow. Hot glue bow to top right corner of frame.
