About this Project
Take paint pouring to the next level! Use the "flip-cup," "dirty pour" or "puddle pour" technique on a glass surface. Once it dries, peel off your design to create one-of-a-kind decals!
Create your own, snap a picture, and share using #ACMooreInspired.
1Mix equal parts acrylic paint and Liquitex in plastic cups. If the paint does not flow easily, add more Liquitex. Place cooling rack inside cake pan and place glass on top.
2Pour paint into one cup. Start with one color as your base. Alternate adding small amounts of different colors to the base until you are satisfied. Do not stir paint.
3Place glass on top of paint cup and flip over. Lift cup and tilt your glass in different directions to spread paint. Let dry overnight.
4Peel dried paint from glass. Be sure the dried paint stays flat and does not overlap or it will stick together. Cut the dried peel to desired size and wrap around glass votive. Overlap ends so the peel sticks to the glass.
