About this Project
Trick out your fidget spinner! Use ordinary nail polish to customize your spinner with an easy-to-create marbling design.
Create your own, snap a picture, and share using #ACMooreInspired.
1Fill bowl with 1 cup of water. Make sure water is room temperature. Tip: If the water is too cold or too hot the nail polish will not sit properly on the surface of the water. You want to make sure the water is lukewarm (slightly warmer than room temperature, but cooler than bath temperature) for the best results.
Place 3-4 drops of nail polish over the surface of the water in the colors of your choice.
Swirl nail polish with toothpick to create a design on top of the water.
Remove bearings from fidget spinner.
Completely submerge the spinner in the water and pull it out. If necessary, you can re-dip to achieve desired design. Let dry.
Using a paintbrush, seal the plastic pieces with Mod Podge. Let dry. Tip: Insert the end of a paintbrush through the center for support while drying.
Reassemble the spinner.
