Download and print template.
Use your pencil to measure and mark off area for blue buttons and area for red and white stripes.
2Apply Quick Grip Glue to the area designated for the blue buttons. Place the largest size button into the glue to create a base layer. Add glue to each individual button and layer on first with medium-sized buttons and then small. Fill in gaps with smaller buttons.
Place a line of the Quick Grip glue across length of first white button row. Place large white buttons into the glue. Layer medium and small buttons on top. Continue to layer until the row is filled in.
Repeat for the next row using red buttons. Repeat until all red and white stripes are complete.
Use glue dots to hold transfer paper in place above the flag. Add additional glue dots to hold template in place over transfer paper. Trace the quote with pencil. Remove template, transfer paper, and glue dots from the wall box. You should she a faint outline of the quote.
Using a fine-point brush, paint over quote with white acrylic paint. Let dry.
