Fabric, Liquid Stitch Glue, Elastic Band, Safety Pin, Binder Clip, Disappearing Fabric Marker, Fabric Scissors, Ruler

    Download and print template.

    Measure and cut a 16 x 4" length of fabric.

    Fold in half lengthwise, gluing edges of right sides together. Let dry.

    Turn the fabric right side out. Using a safety pin or Clip and Glide, weed elastic band through fabric and knot end.

    Feed one end of the fabric into the other. Tuck in edges and glue shut. TIP: Use a binder clip to hold fabric in place.

    To create bow, trace template onto two identical sheets of fabric. Glue together right sides, leave an inch to turn fabric out and glue. Tie bow in a knot around scrunchie.
