Download and print template.
Measure and cut a 16 x 4" length of fabric.

2Fold in half lengthwise, gluing edges of right sides together. Let dry.

3Turn the fabric right side out. Using a safety pin or Clip and Glide, weed elastic band through fabric and knot end.

4Feed one end of the fabric into the other. Tuck in edges and glue shut. TIP: Use a binder clip to hold fabric in place.

5To create bow, trace template onto two identical sheets of fabric. Glue together right sides, leave an inch to turn fabric out and glue. Tie bow in a knot around scrunchie.
