Leave behind your giant purse and pack just the necessities in a decorative DIY wristlet pouch. Add beads, buttons and bling, or keep your clutch simple with an iron-on image of your choice.

    Pre-heat iron to cotton setting, without steam.

    Place the iron-on on top of the material and move the iron around continuously in a circular motion.

    If the iron-on does not stick after following the instructions, go back and repeat the previous steps.

    Embellish!

    Add color: Keep the wristlet monochromatic or add complimentary colors.

    Add a tassel to the handle: Use embroidery floss to create the tassel and add beads to the top.

    Add pom poms: Using a Clover pom pom maker, create mini pompoms with your choice of yarn and sew on.

    Color wash: Dilute fabric paint and brush on to create a watercolor effect. Continue to add water to create an ombre look.

    Add buttons and bling: Use Fabri-Tac to glue buttons or rhinestones in place.
