  • 1
Spray pine garland with fake snow as desired. Let dry.
  • 2
Candy Cane: Cut the Styrofoam heart vertically down the middle, to create two candy canes. Use a heavy-grit sandpaper to sand ends and smooth any imperfections. Paint the candy cane one solid color, and let dry. Wrap painter's tape around the candy cane in a diagonal direction. Apply the second shade of acrylic paint onto the candy cane, and let dry. Peel off painters tape to reveal the pattern. Add glitter if desired.
  • 3
Wrapped Candy: Measure out a square of colored cellophane film, and place Styrofoam ball in the upper center of the square. Begin to roll into the cellophane, and secure with clear tape. Scrunch up and secure both ends with a chenille stem.
  • 4
Attach a large bow in the center of the pine garland. Attach wrapped candy, candy canes, and all other accessories working your way outward from the center bow. Repeat on both sides.
  • 5
Wrap two glitter ball garlands around the finished garland. Knot both ends to secure.
