1Choose desired paint colors and mix one part paint with two parts water. Apply 2-3 light coats of the watered-down paint to wooden letter. Let dry. Brush on lighter strokes of white paint with a dry paint brush, creating a worn-in look. Once dry, lightly sand edges. Apply one coat of Mod Podge, and let dry. Repeat with all letters, coordinating color schemes.
2Remove cap from plastic ornament and fill halfway with colorful sand. Hot glue one end of the craft rope into ornament. Let dry. Wrap twine around the opening and secure with hot glue. Repeat on the other end of the craft rope with another ornament. Create 4 ropes in total.
3To play, set up a 3x3 grid with all 4 craft ropes, two laid vertical, two horizontally.
