    Round off edges at the top of Styrofoam sheet. Cut felt to cover the bottom of Styrofoam. Hot glue felt to bottom.

    Glue end of yarn to back of Styrofoam, just below rounded edges. Wrap yarn around Styrofoam. To change colors, cut yarn and glue to back of the Styrofoam before switching to new yarn. Wrap with yarn until you reach the bottom ledge. Hot glue yarn along bottom edge.

    Cut a piece of balsa wood to desired size. Sand bottom edges until they are rounded. Hot glue to the center of the felt at the bottom of the ice pop.

    Paint wooden "Home" sign using desired acrylic paint. Let dry. Paint sign with desired Glitterific color. Let dry.

    Glue "Home" sign to front of wreath. Create hanger using leftover yarn.

    Hot glue pom-poms or rhinestones to the tops of the ice pops as desired. Hot glue ice pops together as desired.
