  • 1

Cut the paper into 1.5 x 1.5 inch squares.

Fold two edges of the paper toward the center of the square to form a cone shape.

Hot glue the overlapping paper together.

  • 2

Using the exacto knife, cut a shamrock shape from the foam board (including the stem). Make sure the shamrock will fit in the center of your wreath and that you have room to hot glue the edges to the wreath base.

Using your shamrock foam board, trace the image onto a large piece of paper to create the background. Cut out the image.

Spray fast tacky spray onto the back of the paper and place over the foam board shamrock. This will be the base where you will glue the cones.

  • 3

Hot glue your cones onto the paper-covered foam board, leaving out the stem.

Hot glue moss to your wreath base.

Hot glue the foam board to the wreath base.
