10 Materials Needed:
Wrap batting around the front and sides of wreath to cover. Trim ends to meet but not overlap, even with the back edge of the wreath. Glue to secure.
Wrap the jersey fabric the same way, allowing for a 1'' overhang. Glue the overhang to the back of the wreath, keeping the fabric even as you go. Glue the end to finish, slightly overlapping where you started.
2Pull the fabric snug through the inside of the wreath and wrap to the back, gluing around the back edge as you go. Pull out as many wrinkles as possible. Pleat the fabric evenly around the wreath.
3Pin the sequins so they look like falling snow.
4With the marker or paint pen, write on the canvas tags. Tie yarn to the tags in desired length and, with sequin pins, pin them hanging from the wreath. Tie ribbon around the yarn at the top of the tags to finish.
