One day in advance, make ice cream layers: Soften 1-1/2 quarts ice cream until it is easy to scoop. Line three Easy Layers pans with aluminum foil and divide ice cream evenly among pans. Freeze until firm, 4 to 6 hours. Remove foil and ice cream from pans. Completely wrap ice cream in foil and store in freezer until ready to use.

Make brownie layers: Divide 5 cups of brownie batter equally between four pans, about 1-1/4 cups batter per pan. Bake and cool on cooling grid.
  • 3
Assemble cake: Starting with a brownie base, layer brownie layers and ice cream layers.

Decorate cake: Pour 1 cup hot fudge sauce over top layer of cake. Leave one sugar cone full size and break the remaining three into smaller cones, about 4 in., 3 in., and 2-1/2 in. tall. Arrange cones on top of cake. Sprinkle cake top with desired amount of peanuts. Prepare Vanilla Whipped Icing Mix according to package directions. Place in decorating bag with tip #4B; pipe pull-out stars around cones. Place preferred amount of caramel sauce in decorating bag; cut small hole in tip and drizzle over cones. Create puddle on top of cake, allowing caramel sauce to drip off the side.
