I seem to have a great deal of difficulty getting points to accrue onto my Rewards card!!! My most recent problem happened this week. I used a coupon, a "birthday bonus" of 25 points. I spent the required amount, and am still withing the month of my birthday...but my points did not accrue. Points accrued for my purchase, but the bonus 25 was not included. I emailed customer service and am waiting for an answer...but I am disapointed. This is not the first time I have had problems with getting my rewards points. Any suggestions???bang head here

Well, I did that. I received an automated response that bonus points take 5-7 days to post. It is now 8 business days since I've used the coupon. I will wait until tomorrow, and email again.
I'm not feeling real positive about this.

I received this reply to your question:
Typically it takes an additional 4-5 days for bonus points to post to your account AFTER your points earned on the transaction have been posted. For example – if you make a $50 purchase on Monday, your points should post by Wednesday or Thursday. Any bonus points earned in that transaction likely won’t post until the following Monday.

Thank you for your assistance. Today is day 8 from the day I used the certificate. I used the certificate on July 20.

I also emailed customer service, and received the same information as you.

I did send another email today. If you can find any more information, I would be grateful.

Well, I am happy to reply that the 25 points were posted today, 11 days after they were used, and several emails later. I received an email 2 days ago telling me that they were "looking into it"...but nothing since. I just checked the Rewards site, and found that the points had been posted.
