You can email customerservice@acmoorerewards.com with any questions you have about the Rewards Card program.

I received this reply:

We are e-mailing coupons to customers during the month of their birthday. These are only sent to customers who provided their birth date during registration AND have previously made a purchase with their card.

Yes--I received the coupon in July. I used it as directed, however the points weren't credited until I contacted customer service. I also had posted about the problem here.

It is a great idea to send the coupon, but really...credit our accounts with the points. I love ACM...one of my favorite stores...and I love the idea of the rewards program. I just think it needs to be followed more closely.

I think this is one of the reasons it took them so long to get it in every store. Being new there are still bugs in the system, I am more than happy to be a test pilot. No other store in my area has anything like this.

I am being a dummy here.....I do not have a rewards card, since I am not near an ACM here in Atlanta this summer, but looks like I will be back in Jax near an ACM in Sept. How do I get a rewards card?

You can either sign up in the store and receive a plastic card and key chain card or you can sign up online https://acmoore.instorecard.com/ and get a printable card.
