Thought I would share this recipe that I use to make my liquor truffles. 16 oz chocolate wafers 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup liquor of your choice. (a nip is a 1/3 cup) Heat heavy cream to just boiling. Remove from heat. Add chocolate. Mix together until smooth and shiny. Add liquor. Refrigerate 3-4 hours.(I do overnight for best results) Form into and roll into cocoa, sprinkles etc. or coat candy truffle molds in chocolate, let set. Add ganache and cover with chocolate. Put in freezer to set. Turn over and candy shoukd fakk from mold, Store in cool room. Candy will keep for a month.

I have made them before and they are great!! I sometimes just roll them in cocoa and leave them don;t always cover in choc, great gifts!
