First you have to find an avatar you like.

You can Google MySpace Avatar and find millions (warning some are not nice!) or you can visit our photobucket account to find some I have added:

For either choice, when you find one you like RIGHT click and save to your computer (make note of where you saved it!).

Then go to the forum home page and select My Profile (upper right corner)...

Look for MODIFY AVATAR, it is a link on the left side towards the bottom...

Click on the empty box next to Upload Avatar from Your Computer and a pop up window should come up with your computer files in it. Choose the avatar file and then hit UPDATE.

Viola you should have a new avatar.

Please note the settings for Avatars on our forum are smaller than most icons (50x80 vs. 100x100) so you might get a message saying "Image size can't be larger than 50x80 pixels. The size of your image was 100x100 pixels. The image was resized to fit."

This may result in your avatar not looking quite right, especially if it had words in it.

The forum does not support animated Avatars.

If you don't like to look of your avatar, simply repeat the process with another file until you find one you like.

What ever avatar you choose please remember the rules of the forum and these reminders:
Keep it family friendly.
We are a diverse group, please choose avatars with care.
